Weist-Barron-Ryan's goal has always been about preparing talent to actively work in the industry. Seeing as we are also a casting agency, we have a special insight into the business every day that allows us to share updated information with our talent, and ensures that we train every actor or actress the skills we see productions requesting. We meet with the directors, we sit in the audition rooms, and we see what gets a person booked.
