WBR is family owned and operated, currently on our 3rd generation of actors. Full Roster of Local, Professional, Actors:
With over 40 years in the area, we have built an extremely extensive roster of actors, both union and non, who are local hires. We pride ourselves on knowing our actors personally. By training with us, we get to know them for who they are. This comes in handy because we know when we send our actors to a production, they will be professional and reliable. When you see our name on their resume, you know that you will get quality.
Audition Space:
Our location offers 3 full functioning audition studios that are ready to hold auditions in a moments notice. Studio 1 is located directly next to the reception room and towards the front of the building, creating ease of access which is ideal for running a quick and smooth casting call. If one studio is not enough, we have Studio 2 located directly behind Studio 1 which offers almost the same amount of ease of access. And if that's still not enough or if there is a concern that the audition will create a very large amount of noise, we would be more than happy to open up Studio 3, which is our largest studio and operates on the opposite side of the building. We have a total of 2,000 square feet of available use and all rooms are all rooms are equipped with high speed internet and category 7 Ethernet wire hookups. This allows us to live stream auditions, or "tape and send" auditions very quickly, if need be.
New Jersey Film Tax Incentives:
The New Jersey Film & Digital Media Tax Credit Program provides a transferable credit against the corporation business tax and the gross income tax for certain expenses incurred for the production of certain films and digital media content in New Jersey.
The goal of the program is to incentivize production companies to film and create digital media content in New Jersey.
Using our business, which is located in New Jersey, could help qualify you for this incentive. Additionally, we are a woman owned business which falls under the criteria for an additional 2% diversity bonus.
